ayoyo…first you gotta apply for auto roaming the you can receive and call from those countries…but it is very expensive
if you make a call it is cheaper to do so by using skype, buy credit by using ur credit card, there are many many internet cafe in those countries, you just log in and call…most probably the cheapest way there is
