in or near Port Elizabeth area ? Are there certain months, weeks when schools are not in session. Question is important to family member planning on moving there from the US. Does this vary from city to city and levels of education. Please help.

The schools holidays in South are divided in terms of inland and coastal provinces. Port Elizabeth is a coastal city and would fall within the coastal calendar.
