I am a Chinese from Guandong and have the right to visa Hong Kong but l have to go with my husband who is a foreigner. He needs visa to visit Hong Kong so l want to know if I can apply with him together…I am using a special entry permit but don’t know if he qualifies to join me with that.Thank you.
