I don’t know if its celebrated specifically on the 31st, but Mexico has the Day of the Dead.
Dia de las muertos, or day of the dead. It’s Mexicos version of Halloween. We did a project on it in spanish last year. There is tons of information about it on the web. It is celebrated on the 31st.
Samhain, Reformation Day, and Allantide are some that don’t come up very often.
