The student’s day here in Argentina coincides with the day when the spring begins in the southern hemisphere. That’s the reason the students (mostly high-schoolers, from 13 to 17 years old) go to big parks or squares to spend all the day. They use to go early in the morning and leave the places they are at the evening, eating and having fun there.(listening music, singing, etc.)
Obviously, the schools and colleges are closed that day, but college students don’t use to celebrate like high schools students. All other activities in the country occur normally because student’s day is not as important as July 9th (independence day) or May 25th (national day).
