We would love to travel to Central or South America. What is the best places for honeymoons in these areas? Somewhere beautiful, doesnt necessarily have to be right on ocean. Love green lush forest, fresh air, great food, relaxing atsmosphere.

Costa Rica is amazing. we spent 2 weeks there and were never bored and had so many more things we wanted to see. Lots of adventures, major forests, mountains, and if you love outdoor adventures this is a must see –

Cartagena has ocean, but it has the most explucive zone in Colombia called ¨the walled city¨ wich is a colonial architecture sort of thing with houses and hotels from the 1500′s actually the hotel is one of those, YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE IT, never gonna regret it.
and if you want beach, just walk out of the walled city and there’s the beach.

Is a lovely historic city but at the same time is really developed and has really nice hotels.
Is not cheap but is not expensive either.
Also u can try Villa de Leyva in Colombia, green, forest, history and comfort, is 3 hours north Bogota
Gamboa,Panama if you want beautiful rain forests or Bocas del Toro, Panama is a beautiful island paradise. Panama is cheaper then Costa Rica and richer in history and culture so its a great place to have a romantic getaway! have fun
