Yes you may. You would have to sponsor him in US. Check their website to familiarise yourself with the Law. Follow the law to the letter and you will be ok. There are strict rules to follow and if you don’t-end of your honeymoon. Go to the local Consulate and ask.

    If you live in the U.K. you can marry there and then file for an Immigrant Visa to take your spouse back to the States at the Embassy in London. Information is on this page:

    If you do not live in the U.K., you can still marry there, however you will need to return to the U.S. and file a petition with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service before your spouse can join you.
