Question by jenny: How many days it will be for Easter holiday in North Europe?
I am planning a business trip to Norway, Sweden, and Finland in April, 2007. Could anyone kindly to tell me how many days it will be,usually, for Easter holiday in these three countries? Thank you!
The most important for me is, do people in north europe usually take 1 or 2 week holiday in Easter time? if yes, may be I should delay my trip to the end of the april.

well first, easter is not the same time of the year in all eurpoean countries. some have it later than we do so cant tell you that unless you know for sure what country your going to be in and what exact calendar they go by for dates.
Easter in Norway,
Easter is an important holiday in Norway and many travel to the mountains. The last school day before Easter is Friday 30. march. Many will take holiday same as school, to be with children.
They return the 10. or perhaps even the 11.
Public holidays next year in Norway will be: 5. 6. 8. and 9. April and most will offices will close early on the 4.
In Sweden and Finland the 5. is not a holiday, but the 6. and 9 is. Hope this helps a bit.
