Q&A: New Zealand Visitors Visa for a British Citizen?

Question by Jill Smith: New Zealand Visitors Visa for a British Citizen?
I am a British citizen, living in Australia. I have a British Passport.
I am looking to take a holiday in New Zealand.
How do I go about obtaining a Visitor’s Visa? Also what information do I have to supply?

Links appreciated.

Aaah I see brits get special treatment – they can visit for 6 months.
    See Ozmaniacs link above
Yes the british citizen can visit NZ under the visa waiver program – no visa necessary.
    Everyone else gets 3 months.
When my Canadian fiance came to see me in NZ, he could only stay for 3 months.
We now live in Canada and have been married for 10 years.
