I am a British citizen, living in Australia. I have a British Passport.
I am looking to take a holiday in New Zealand.
How do I go about obtaining a Visitor’s Visa? Also what information do I have to supply?

A British citizen travelling on a British passport can visit New Zealand as a tourist for up to 6 months without needing a visa.

Yes the british citizen can visit NZ under the visa waiver program – no visa necessary.
Everyone else gets 3 months.
When my Canadian fiance came to see me in NZ, he could only stay for 3 months.
We now live in Canada and have been married for 10 years.
