Hi

I have been hearing a lot about spa detox holidays in Thailand where you fast for 7 days and cleanse your body do stuff like colonics, and I’m really interested in going by myself!

Would anyone happen to have any info about prices and the best places to go?
I can’t afford a huge amount so the less costly the better.
