Is there any rules about constant travel to Australia on a visitor visa?
Question by Raina: Is there any rules about constant travel to Australia on a visitor visa?
I met my boyfriend online, and since then, I have been traveling to Australia on a tourist visa (ETA) which allows me to stay up to 3 months each visit.
Is there any rules about traveling constantly to Australia while on that visa.
I travel there every 4 months and stay in Australia for 3 months each visit. Will they question me or will I get in trouble for doing so?
Example:
In US – 4 months
Travel & stay in Australia for 3months
In US – 4 months

There is a limit to the number of visits, to many and they may consider you are trying to become a citizen, and may eventually be rejected.

You possibly will get questioned. They will want to know you are not working here for the time you are here so often and they will want to know you have enough money to keep yourself here. If they are satisfied you will be allowed to proceed but if they are not satisfied you will be sent home on the next available flight.
