Question by Clare Edwards: Im doing a travel holiday and need advice?
I am traveling to singapore( 3 days)on my way to australia(1 month east coast)before heading to new zealand(1 month both islands) then finishing of in bangkok(3 days). any advice on the best and cheap ways to get around and hostels to stay would be great.i found loads of sites but most hostels only give the best reviews and i know there must have been problems. any other advice or ideas for site seeing would be gratefully received.

  1. singapore hostels are pricey. but the local transport is awsome, so you don’t have to be close to the city just find somewhere within walking distance to a train station.

    In bangkok the are plaenty of good hostels just around the corner from ko san rd ( more expensive to stay on Ko san )
    try some hostel around Rumbutri Rd, more laid back then Ko San.
