Background: my husband and I both started businesses this year and we have worked really hard, while having to be apart much of the time. His involves lots of travel, at least for this first year. I had just asked today about a special gift for him and like other things in our marriage, we’re on the same page. He called from the airport and said he is taking 3 weeks off in December and to start planning a trip. His gift to me.
Specifics: budget is ,000. I don’t want to be gone over Christmas Eve or day so it will have to be the first 3 weeks of December.
Things we like to do: museums, art galleries, anything historical, antique and local art/crafts shopping, dining out, theater, beaches but not to just lay at the beach, water sports esp diving
Not interested in: Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Iceland or any very cold climates like that, tours or package trips
Husband is fluent in German and Italian, I can speak some French and Japanese, he can speak some Russian and Arabic
We have traveled through Europe and love Germany, France, Italy and Corfu. We also have a strong interest in Asian culture. I thought of maybe Germany since the holiday season is wonderful there and so is the shopping. We could also do our Christmas shopping and mail boxes home. I am planning on adding -10,000 for shopping alone.
My mind is whirling with the thought but I can’t seem to focus. He is on his way home from the airport and wants a list to go over this weekend. Help!!! He works so hard to give us a wonderful life and future. I want to plan something that we will remember in the following months when we’re apart for long periods again.

spend e weeks 3 at a hostel in a major city nyc san fran chicago vancouver or a european country

First week:barcellona..it is so nice and there are a lot monument to see..Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s House.etc
Second week:greece..Atene is very nice
Second week:Italy..you can go in venezia and firenze…they are so beautiful and so romantic and in firenze there is Museun of Uffizi eith very famous oil painting..and to end Napoli:!!!
