That would be a great thing!!!! What a beautiful wonderland. That may be all you need!!!! I too suffer from depression and I find that beautiful, serene landscape helps me immensely. I know that will not be the cure, but hey go for it if you can!!!!!good luck to you

I don’t see why it would be bad. I assume you are taking care of your depression through doctors. As long as you are not at a critical point with your illness then there should be no problem at all.
It will make you feel wonderful actually. Wow, that sounds like an amazing trip to take. Now that you’ve put that in my mind maybe I’ll work towards that myself!
Something to look forward to!
Have you ever heard of Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD)?
I gave you a link to learn more about it. The sun might just do you some good. I speak from experience. I just returned from Florida and felt so energetic, positive and hopeful while I was there. My sleep schedule has continued to be as early as it was when in Florida and I still go back to that ocean smell and sound in my head when I’m having a rough day and it gets me through a moment or two.
If you and your doctor think you’re strong enough to go on your own then more power to you. Of course if you’re feeling hopeless or suicidal I would think going alone is a bad idea. Obviously. That should get managed before you do anything else. I wish you the best of luck and sure hope you can get away!
go and make sure you enjoy yourself everyone needs some me time every now and again
