I asked yesterday how to deal with the sophomoric behavior of a girl who improperly took two mimosas at my weekly tea gathering when courtesy states she should only have one. Today we were on a golf outing and she mentioned that she is buying her help a trip to Fiji for the upcoming Holidays, flying coach, I think it is worldly known that you do not give the help that kind of present for the holidays with out giving them a first class seat. How do i confront her about her appalling behaviors and antics?

An interesting problem you have there, one that requires grace and tact. My advice would be that at the next several gatherings, you relate several humorous historical anecdotes in which taking only what is proper and giving to the help only what is proper are highlighted. I am sure it shall be understood by all present what you are implying and it would not require any sort of discourteous or unsightly confrontation.
