Honeymoon Fiji in February, Aussie Holiday?
Question by Mellie Madness: Honeymoon Fiji in February, Aussie Holiday?
We are traveling to Fiji for our honeymoon and will be spending the last part of February and early part of March there. I am wondering if that is by any chance a “holiday” for Aussies or any other country in that area.. I have heard that there are a lot of kids there during the Australian holiday but I have no idea when that is. Also does anyone know how the weather is during the day and night in Feb?

The Australian school system gets underway at the beginning of February/end of January, so you should be okay on that front. Not sure on the weather, but being a tropical island in the middle of the ocean should mean not too many dramas there..

Easter isnt till April this year so holidays won’t be til around then. Your travel agent should be able to get you info on climate. Check for political stability as well as the Army are in control.
