We stopped in to check out the some of the great natural experiences that can be enjoyed in Mackay and its surrounds. We started with a trip to Cape Hillsborough where we spotted a couple of Kangaroos on the beach. Pretty amazing stuff! We then headed into the Eungella national park to check out some of their rainforest walks. After we explored these magnificent forests we decided to head down to a locals hot spot Finch Hatton Gorge for a nice refreshing swim !
