Help with New Zealand working holiday?

Question by JG: Help with New Zealand working holiday?
I’m having trouble getting my application approved for New Zealand working holiday. Because I’ve declared on the form I’ve been refused entry to other country once, a few days later they let me in with proper documents though.

Because of that, they think I’m not a genuine and bona fide working holidaymaker. But they give me a chance to comment on it to prove that I won’t overstay, work illegally and will be good. Is there anything particular I should say to make it better???

Thanks. I appreciate you rhelp.

If your intentions are legal just say honestly. Immigrant authoroties are mind readers. They can sense lies as they have talked to millions of people already they probably know if a person is honest even from a few feet away. They way they move, speak etcetera..

And don’t beg. Don’t appear hopeless. They are heartless anyways and they like to see people suffer.

Just answer from the heart and give them some hints that you might move somewhere else and contribute your powers to that country’s success. Yes! Who doesn’t want Albert Einstein or Yoo Geon to be their citizen?

What do you think? Answer below!

  1. you will find that you will forever have difficulties getting into any other country (other than your own) because you were refused entry.

but if you lie and declare that you have never been refused entry, then you will be in a WHOLE lot of trouble – mostly being deported or refused entry to EVERYWHERE

Give them all the facts about your previous refusal and your subsequent admission. The fact that you were eventually admitted when you produced the correct documents will make a huge difference (though of course it’s vital that you then stuck to the terms of your visa).

Also, provide as much evidence as possible for your continuing ties to your home country i.e. family, intention of completing your education there or whatever.

It sounds like at this stage they’re just going by a simple ‘check the box’ statement that you have been refused entry somewhere. You should be OK once they know the whole story.
