2 weeks paid vacation plus 2 weeks sickleave.if u work as a casual and work on a public holiday you will be payed penalty rates eg you normal pay will be doubled and a half so if you make an hour usually you will get an hour but if you are on contract you get a RDO rosterd day off and get paid a normal wage for that days work but get to stay home. if you work casual you do not get paid holidays
