Cheapest place to stay in Queensland, AUSTRALIA??? HELP!!!?

Question by Bianca: Cheapest place to stay in Queensland, AUSTRALIA??? HELP!!!?
Preferably in Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Surfers Paradise?

Hoping to go there for a holiday, possibly for a week?

Thank you very much.
When I say place, I mean like a hotel, motel or something.

Brisbane is only 45 minutes from Gold Coast and Surfers is a suburb in the middle of the GC.
Just look on wotif.com.au to find cheap places.
I would stay at Surfers Paradise brisbane is boring.

Try http://www.wotif.com — they have good coverage of that area (they are based in Brisbane).

Camping at a motor park or backpackers hostel would be the cheapest options.

    or try http://www.findaroom.com.au

I wouldnt reccomend staying at Brisbane…I was just there and it is a big city and not that exciting…But, I liked surfers paradise but I loved Coolangetta. You may have to check the spelling on that…But its not far from surfers paradise and is less expensive and has beautiful beaches!!!! You will love it!
