I am going in september via New york and would like to ring them for a cheap package. Or is there a Disney travel agent in Melbourne?

Any licensed travel agency can sell you a Disney package.

Use the WDW web site to book a package. There is a live chat feature on it. You can chat direct with a Disney rep.
You can’t call a Disneyworld travel rep for free from most of the United States. Their number is 407-WDISNEY, which isn’t a toll free number.
Any travel agency should be able to help you arrange a trip. Although nothing at Disney World is cheap.
