where can i go on holiday that is interesting and fun?

Question by Dude: where can i go on holiday that is interesting and fun?
I want to go on holiday with my family next Easter (2011). There are two adults, a 17 yr old and a 14 year old. we have a reasonable budget. we’ve looked at dude ranches in the states but they are all a bit expensive for a two week holiday.
i’d be happy to look at something in the states, canada, mexico or anywhere in europe or the middle east.

Please help!! we are open to anything but we just want to have a good time and try something different. all suggestions welcome
