yes memorial day
no it is not a working day. Almost 90% of people do not work on memorial day. Most small businesses are closed

Yes it’s called “MEMORIAL DAY” honoring the fallen veterans of the first world war, the second world war, Korean war and the Vietnam war.
The 4th Monday of May is Memorial Day in the United States. This year that is today(May 28th). Also, every day of the year is a working day for certain professions. The bigger businesses(Wal-mart, Target, Applebees, etc.) do not close for Memorial Day but most of the smaller, local, non-chain businesses will close for this day to honor our fallen soldiers.
