Aruba is a very nice island for vacations. The main tourist areas are Oranjestad, the main city, and the Palm Beach area where many of the larger resorts are.
The weather is generally sunny with moderate rainfall and very few hurricanes.
One of the best budget hotels is the Arubiana Inn. It is very small, but it is in a quiet remote area with a very friendly staff. If you have a car rental, you can easily get to the more expensive areas and beaches during the day.

You also will want to consider the MVC Eagle Beach hotel. It is on a great beach with a few other small resorts. You can easily hop on a bus for a couple of bucks if you want to go to the busier areas.

If you want to be in the main resort areas, you will pay more, but you still have a wide range of options. When deciding between an all inclusive resort and a hotel, make sure you understand how much money you will need to budget each day for food and drinks. Add this to the price of the hotel to understand how it compares with an all inclusive resort.
Have a great trip!

I stayed at Talk of the Town one night. It was quite comfortable and reasonably priced.
Talk of the Town has no beach, is right next to the airport (you can walk to the airport fence in like 5 minutes or less) and its like a 2 star hotel. If your budget is around 80-140 $ a night, you should try low rise hotels. nice low rise hotels with NICE beaches on low rise are Casa del Mar, Aruba Beach Club, Manchebo and Costa Linda (Or Aruba inn Formally known as La cabana). If you can afford higher rates than that (high rise hotels) you can try Holiday inn, other high rise hotels, will get you in the 180-200$ a night rate. Which would be hotels like Radisson, Westin, Mariott and Hyatt.
The weather is almost always nice (sunny and windy). Things you should know, always carry sunblock if your not used to the sun. Rent a car, dont take taxi’s (way to expensive), Don’t swim on the north side of the island only at the natural pool (where its safe). It’s a safe island, crime rates are really low, but just because of that don’t think you’ll be safe walking at 3 am in the city.
Aruba is great, im local! HAVE FUN!

I recommend consulting Elite Incentive Travel. They provide options for luxury and leisure travel and they’ll help you find specials for Aruba.
I stayed in the Aruban on Eagle Beach. It isn’t the fanciest hotel on the island but when you are down there you won’t be in your hotel all that much. Its very cheap and on the best beach in Aruba.
