Question by Dave: go away for holidays? or stay with family?
I am a uni student (20) and have the chance to go to USA for summer and work at a ski resort (skiing is my passion). But for probably the last time, my whole family is going to be having xmas at our place. This has never happened before.
basically shall i go do want i want to and work in USA (im from New Zealand), or stay at home for xmas. I think i should go and just have a video call with them or something.

If you think this is the last time everyone will be together then stay home. There will be other opportunities to work.
I think you should go to the USA and work at a ski resort. Call your family on Christmas. Have fun while your young for your youth won’t last forever.
It is good that you are thinking of your family but sometimes we have to do what we want to do. Now is your time to do what you want to do and I strongly recommend that you do it.
