Bonfire night , Bank holidays in England
then you should probably spend the day with your family, be that kids/spouse or parents/siblings.
*i dont think ours are weird i think they are cool! like Patty’s Day..makes no sence but who cares! yay!
My state has a weird holiday. Every February 2nd we gather around a hole in the ground to get a weather forecast from a visibly angry groundhog.
In England we were given a day called May Day holiday originally, but it is hardly ever on May Day instead it’s on the nearest Monday to May Day which could be six days away!
I think we should have a St. George’s Day in England, and actually have it on the 23rd April, but it would probably be the nearest Monday again.
