Majorca and Ibiza. Those places were designed for summer tourists.

Probably Cyprus as its right next to Egypt. Greece also has very hot and dry summers. To be honest, anywhere in the mediterranean in the summer will be warm with highs of 30C. If you want some real heat go to egypt as it can get to 45C in the shade.
