About everywhere, it depends on how warm you want it to be. It will be warmest probably in the canary islands, the south of Greece or Italy. The temperatures can vary a lot north of there, but probably from 15-20 degrees (celcius) everywhere else (germany, great britain…). No snow anywhere at least!

If you want to experience Europe, then Italy is maybe the best place. The warmest is the Canary Islands, but they are full of tourists, and are not very Europe-ish:P

Same as a previous answer – The Canary Islands. It’s about a 4 hour flight away, but is great weather pretty much 12 months of the year. My friend and I go diving there and have been during December. Still wearing 5mm wetsuits ‘cos the water is a fairly-ish good temperature (14 deg). Their winter is pretty much like a mild-warm UK summer, we wore jeans and t-shirts in the day, although there were still some holiday makers that were in shorts and bikini tops!
