I’m moving to Belgium/liege soon (im in high school) and am planning when to go for a visit home,so if anyone knows please help =/

summer holidays in belgium are 1st of july until 31 august.

Generally the last few days of June school is over -
Officially the 30th of June, but in practice, a week or so earlier…
And back to school is the first Monday of September -
The last “official” day of public school in Belgium in 2011 is Thursday, June 30. The week itself will probably be pretty “lightweight” in class although, if you want to leave school earlier than the final day, you could have a hassle with school authorities. Universities, technical schools, art, music and other academies have different ending days (usually earlier).
Be forewarned that the first few days of summer vacation are frequently fairly insane with massive crowds around travel outlets like the airport and train stations and on the motorways.
If you could put off your departure until the following Monday (July 4), it should be a bit calmer.
