For which religion?

Yom Kippur is the holiest day of the Jewish year.
Good Friday and Easter Sunday are the holiest days in the Christian calendar.
Ramadan is the holiest period in the Islamic year.

Edit: Christmas would be the most widely celebrated but it is not the holiest day in the Christian calendar.
