what countries to explore in eastern europe?

Question by Yachtie: what countries to explore in eastern europe?
Right, well me and some of the crew i work with, take weekend trips away with some of our holiday leave. so like last weekend we went to Belgrade, Serbia. and in a few weeks its my birthday, so i was looking for somewhere else to go, i would rather go somewhere which is close by, up to 3 hour flight. so here are my details,

i work in Montenegro, a couple local airports, i have been to serbia/croatia. i would like to go to bosnia/albania/hungary/russia and that sort of thing, i love to party, i love good atmosphere in streets and towns, good agriculture, good looking girls, partying and just happy people and a different culture to experience.

any opinions on where to go and what are your reasons for going?? i really do appreciate help and they dont need to be the countries i listed above, but just ones near Montenegro. thanks!

How about Greece, they have great beaches, and they don’t seem too far from Montenegro.
