Hello, i know that summer holidays in Europe, specially in Italy starts in August 7th, when does it finish?

Summer holidays in Italy run through the month of August. Where I work, most people are back by the start of September. Each country has it’s own holiday period and some of the larger countries split holidays by region. Sweden, for example, is on holiday in July.
