Thats an easy answer, Prague,Czech Republic.Beautiful city,amazing catheral,friendly ppl & lots to see/do.U can check the site below for a lil tour of Prague.If u havent been there before,Prague wud be ideal.Currency exchange is cheap.Then again since ur in Vienna,u can always choose from all the bordering countries ie : Italy ( for the food ),Switzerland(yummy chocolate..LoL ),Poland ( Auschwitz ) etc..each country offers different things,its just upto on what u wud like to explore.Google up the neighbourin countries & see wot they have to offer.Happy hunting!

Best time to go: May and June, the weather is good and it’s not as crowded. There are quite a few reasonable distance (up to 5 hours) train journeys from Vienna, Austria, because it’s so centrally located in Europe:
Prague, Czech Republic
Salzburg, Austria
Budapest, Hungary
Bratislava, Slovakia
Ljubliana, Slovenia
Regensburg, Germany
Munich, Germany
