Looking at going to Majorca in july for a lads holiday. Wheres the best place to go for good nightlife?

In general all tourists resorts have a great nightlife. Even Palma, the capital.
Magalluf is cheap and noisy but a lot of people love it. Santa Ponsa is more or less the same.
Puerto Alcudia is fun, not so many Brits, a lot more Germans and Scandinavians. It’s not an exclusive place but more expensive than Magalluf.
Puerto Andratx is great, you’re near Palma too, but it’s a lot more expensive than the other places.
Now Abaco, which is in Palma, is a great place… (good to know it’s still open, it was even better years ago, actually, when there hardly were tables, but mainly sofas and divans) but I get the feeling you’re not looking for a place where you can have an expensive drink in an exquisite candle lit environment, surrounded by tons of flowers and piles of fresh fruit, while listening to Baroque music. I suppose you and your friends are looking for more action, right? As I said, the place is great to have a drink and talk but not what I’d call clubbing. More like the place to take a girl for a romantic date.
