I live in Latvia and i think its very safe for Americans
why wouldn’t it be? its better if you come in the summer, cuz its pretty ugly and cold in the winter, but still… you’ll love it

I live in Latvia, too, & it’s safe for Americans. Will people be open & friendly to you? Not likely… you have to just keep trying to be friendly, in order for Latvians to be the same. They don’t easily trust people at all, but I’m talking from the perspective of a person who’s living here full-time.
