I have a 12 month working holiday visa in the Netherlands but I would like to stay here for another 12 months. Is it possible to extend or is there a way that I can get another year long visa? I would be going home for a visit when my first year is up. I’m from New Zealand and am under 25

No. Such visas are limited to once only and one year max. Same in the opposite direction.
