Me and my boyfriend want to go on holiday in February around Valentines day…I want to go to somewhere hot so if you know write back please x

Hot? none…, however the further south you go the warmer the weather . You can try the south of Spain, Italy or Greece…

There are no hot countries in February. Decent weather but by no means hot, in the south. (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece)
There are no really hot places in February in Europe.

I recommend the french or italian riveria, while not hot they r pleasant and sunny. the french riveria like nice, st jean cap ferrat area has over 300 days of sunny weather a year. if you want hot you would need to go somewhere in the carribean on a cruise something like that or africa. Mild and sunny temps are only to be found in europe in February.
The only hot places (possibly, not guaranteed) in February that belongs to European union are the Canary Islands that are part of Spain but geograpically not Europe. Cyprus might be quite warm and maybe Sicily in Italy and Malta and maybe the Madeira Islands belonging to Portugal -but no truly hot places in February.
Pick another continent if you want hot February.!
