Question by meow556: im really looking on loosing weight fast?
im about 240 right now and im 5’7 and im a girl/
i want to be at 140ish.. is that around the average weight a 5’7 girl should be?
i know i cant loose 100 pounds THAT fast but i really need some help

i want to fit into an 11R jean from hollisters for July, i bought the jeans to hopefully keep me motivated but have been able to do so. im going to Europe for holidays in July so

are there any diet pills that actually work that would help me fit into the jeans? im at a sixe 16 right now so its a couple sizes down. i dont think its TOO out of reach.

im a member at curves right now but ive lost momentum to go there anymore.
the first month i lost over 10 inches all over my body includes weight, honestly im not sure how they calcuate you’re weght loss but thats what my chart showed.

does hydroxcut. work? what other diet pills would work>
im thinking of joining weight watchers but im not sure how it works.

please any input would help!!

Just eat healthy and buy a tredmill they work

  1. Don’t use pills they don’t really work. Just do diet and exercise! If you were doing so well as curves you should really keep working with that! Diet and exercise is always the right way to go. If you change up your diet and vary your exercise you should lose weight. Don’t do the treadmill every day and don’t just do sit ups every day. You should vary it so that you use all of your different muscles. Use the overload idea. You should add a few minutes to your workout everyday and you’ll soon be able to go longer and longer distances on the treadmill or do more workouts. You’ll see your stamina will improve and you’ll soon be able to lose more and more weight. You could easily reach your goal by July!
