Yes, Slovakia is not part of the Visa Waiver Program at this time

Edit – I just did some research and EU citizens can get a entry visa upon arrival. However, I suggest you doublecheck this with the Tunisian embassy in London.
Cau pokud mas zabookovanou dovolenou tak by to s vizama problem byt nemel. Jako clen EU nemas vizovou povinnost pokud mas zabookovany hotel ale radsi si to zkontroluj na embasade v londyne. Myslim, ze by to nebyl problem vyridit. Jinak na viza potrebujes jednu fotku a dukaz ze te bud nekdo pozval a nebo ze mas zaplaceny hotel.
