Yes, it is a beautiful country. I am from the czech republic and I live in Prague and I can honestly say that Prague is one of the world’s most amazing cities. Lots of old historical buildings, modern shops, theatres, parks. I recommend it.
I am half czech and have been to the czech republic many times. It is a great place for holidays and I love it more everytime I go. Prague is a beautiful city, with stuff for everyone. Whether you’re into dancing all night at a discotec or exploring history, Prague has it. There is lots of sightseeing to do, and plenty of shopping . The food is incredible, in my opinion, and there are lots of comfortble pretty outdoor cafes with excellent food. The people are very kind and welcoming, and most speak english so communication is not a problem. Visiting castles throughout the country is one of my favorite things to do because they are so beautiful. There are more castles in the Czech Republic per square mile than in any other country! Another good city to visit is Plzen, or Pilsen(I am from a village right near there), which is where the Pilsner Urquell beer is made, and its very nice with lots of sight seeing. And Karlovy Vary, the spa town, is beautiful with the hotel pupp and LOTS of shopping. I hope this helps!

It’s a really cool place! Especially if you love history, the Czech Republic is the place to go! The best place is probably the capital, Prague, its cobblestone streets are amazing and the Staromestsky Namesti (the Old Town Square) is breath-taking. Seriously, it’s the perfect place for vacation, it’s very concentrated on tourists.

I backpacked in Prague for a week before taking a bus to Italy, but I loved Prague so much I had to come back for another week. It’s an exciting, and beautiful place where travelers from all over the world converge. I’d go back in a heartbeat if I got the chance. Go, you won’t regret it!
