It really depends on where you are planning to go, but try these sites:

http://wikitravel.org/en/Portugal (really great for basic info and an overview where and what to do)

http://www.tripadvisor.com/Tourism-g189100-Portugal-Vacations.html (reviews of tourist attractions and the like)

http://www.justportugal.org/ (a rather comprehensive travel guide with lots of great suggestions)
