How can I stay fit while on a 1.5 month Holiday to Europe?

Question by yoyo: How can I stay fit while on a 1.5 month Holiday to Europe?
I am a Promotional Model, at the end of January 2010 I have a very important photoshoot. I am worried that when I head overseas to Europe this month (Nov 26-Jan 14) I will put on a bit of weight like I did last time I headed overseas.

What is the best way to ensure that I do not gain excess weight while overseas, keeping in mind that I probably wont be going for runs or hitting up the gym. It will be winter, and I am not staying in one place for long.

Should I just eat less? Try simple excercises in my motel room?

If you have any time off from your job, even if it’s at night I strongly recommend going for a run. Even if it’s just down the beach or around the area where you’re staying. DO NOT STOP EXERCISING. I have had personal experience with simply eating less and it does not work! Purchase some 5-10lb weights if you can as well, and do simple weight lifting and some squats/crunches. Hope for the best!
