it and sold it on to people from richer parts of Europe who buy it as a holiday home. Have been watching a UK TV show where people are making a small fortune doing this. Sounds too good to be true so was wanting to hear from people with first hand experience. I checked out a Bulgarian property website & was shocked to find you can buy a 3 bedroom property for as little as 7000 Euro’s! I assume it’s only worth buying the one’s near the coast as that’s generally why people will buy them once they’re done up, as their coastal holiday home. Would love to have a go at this! Also wondering if loads of people are doing it now it’s been on a TV show. Maybe the bargains near the coastal regions are all gone now?
