European holiday destination!?

Hi, I live in the UK and am looking at holiday destinations.
I want to go for a week, and don’t want a long haul flight. My options are basically europe.
I have so many places in mind, but I cant find anything perfect!

I want somewhere that is fairly cheap, 4 or 5 star hotel, all inclusive, near the beach blah blah blah.
I want hot weather, long beaches, places to explore and clear warm sea. Does such a place in Europe exist?:P

I’d also consider north africa, like Egypt and Morocco:)

I would say Turkey.. or some of the Greek isles, like Corfu.
