Europe in December, Asmterdam or Rome or ….?
Question by Debbie: Europe in December, Asmterdam or Rome or ….?
So, I’m going to Europe for holiday season. I will be visiting Spain at some point. But before that, I’m not sure where to go…I was thinking maybe Nederlands(Amsterdam) or Italy (Rome). Which one is better? Which one would you recommend for winter? IS there any other city that you think I should go instead of these two?

well to answer ur first question i wouldhave to say rome. bc italians are catholic and really do it up for christmas , sooo i bet that would be a cool thing/time to see. but amsterdamn is cool too.
2. i would also suggest seeing: paris because they put up hella lights on the popular historical monuments.

Amsterdam is really cold and snowy at the moment and yesterday lots of flights were canceled. I’m not sure if the weather will be like this next week. I don’t think Amsterdam is really special around christmas. Sure there are extra lights and christmas trees but it’s nothing compared to Paris. (Paris is actually really amazing in december. It’s really really pretty. I love it so much.)
I don’t know about Rome, only been there in spring.
I recommend Paris because of all places I’ve been in december Paris was absolutely the most amazing.
