No, don’t be daft. You’re on HOLIDAY. Just pick 3 places of of all that lot, and savour your time in each one.

Realizing you want to see as much as possible, remember that you are there to enjoy the journey not just take a trip. Don’t be too structured and go with the flow so to speak. Get involved in the activities of the locals (DON’T EAT AT MC DONALDS!) and bring an ant-diareal. It’s going to be fun, and no you aren’t overdoing it.
enjoy
The places you mention are all different and not at all a waste of time. Still, I believe you’ll be going too many places, meaning you’ll see too much and get tired of seeing things and at the same time you won’t see much of anything. About the money, I have no idea how much 12K Australian represents, but keep in mind that Europe is definitely expensive when compared to many other locations. I suppose the least expensive of those places would be Ibiza, but it would be better in the summer and the same goes for Greece and its island of Mykonos, which is by no means the best island you could have chosen to go in Greece. France and Italy are expensive, Germany is more expensive, Sweden is utterly expensive. Greece is more expensive than it ever was (once it wasn’t), I think you can more or less manage in Austria but no guarantees and I’m really not sure about the Czech Republic (but the idea I get from several former communist countries is that people earn little but things aren’t cheap at all; I may be mistaken, though).
