Question by maya gold: Cultural Cities in europe to visit in February?
I am in need of a holiday, and although i would love to go somewhere hot, europe doesnt really have much variety at this time of the year.
I want to go on a 4night weekend to somewhere where has a bit of culture, good food and a good atmosphere..
any ideas?

go to berlin, it has all kind of restaurants and excellent food, the atmosphere is pretty cool and there are also plenty of museums to visit.

Any European capital has good food, a lot of history/culture and a good atmosphere. If you want somewhere hot though, I’d suggest Southern Europe – Greece, Turkey, Southern Spain (Andalucía). Of course even there it won’t be very hot in February, but at least the weather is milder than in Central Europe (where it will probably be rainy and very cold), or Northern and Eastern Europe (where it will probably be freezing cold and it will snow heavily).
