I am currently based in London and would like to go somewhere for holiday during the christmas. Any recommendations? thanks
prefer somewhere not too far from the continental. would like to go somewhere that is not affected by the festive season…like istanbul

Germany-Munich !! theres no better place than munich and germany in general,
and if u want the hotel .. Inner City infront of the walking pedestrian ,, ur gonna love it ..

lapland in northen sweden or finland trust me u have to see it to belive it its expensive but well well worth it especcialy if u like snow oh and flights about 3 and half to 4 hours on average
It depends what you want doesn’t it.
For what I think is the best Christmas party atmosphere going, you have to visit Germany and it’s Christmas markets. Even the best of those that we have here in Britain are a pale imitiation in comparison.
For some warm sun and a lazy time by the pool, one of the Canary islands
Do you want hot or cold?
Long or short flight?
Without some more information it is a really broad answer.
Remember that all prices are increased over the Christmas Period though.
Cape Verde Islands, Canary Islands, Egypt, Caribbean, hot places.
Finland ( Lapland ), swiss, Austria Cold.
Go on a Ski break to Austria, Topflight has great deals at the moment, even if you’ve never skied before, beginners are very welcome, and you’ll have snow!
I advise you Antalya.
Antalya should be a perfect destination during christmas.
