I have taken Interrail global pass of 22 days.. (but making trip of 17 days as i cant get longer holiday from my office 
) and going on a Eurotrip… Will b traveling to 17 places in 17 days.. In case you are interested , you are welcome to join me!! I have prepared train time table for the trip as well.. and the whole trip is quite economical .. (no need to stay in any youth hostel as we will b traveling in night ) ..get in touch if you need more details!

I wish I could. Went for 2 months a couple of years back. Let me know if you plan anymore trips in the coming years.
Wow, sounds like fun…although remember you will not get to see much of these cities/places as you will always be travelling to the next place! Better to explore the country or places in depth. It’s your choice though….have fun!

wow that’s a lot of travelling and i guess you might end up spending time at stations. Anyway, the sight seeing on the trains should be nice. Planning to have a trip myself to Europe this coming Sep and i have only two weeks to spend there. However, i think i would go a little bit deeper – spend more time in about three cities to 4 max and all
I hope you can sleep on the train, as you will be tired otherwise.
Be smart with your money and valuables (money belt?) and check your bags into storage wherever available, but be aware that some towns have no left luggage anymore and you may need to lug it into town!
And take a washcloth, as showers may not be readily available at times, specially not if you are in the sitting up parts of the trains.
(You might want to skip one or two nights in the train for hostels so you can catch up on sleep, getting clean and doing laundry.)
