Answer by Mac I went to New Zealand back in 05 on a holiday visa (american, I need one) and I had a blast. Its one of my favorite countries I have ever been to! Only spent two weeks out there though. One thing, you had to pay to leave New Zealand!
Its clean, landscape is amazing, and the people I met were a lot of fun! Qtown all the way!
